Unit 9  What’s the matter?

一、单元整体分析:

本单元的核心教学内容是“询问别人情况”,围绕人体感觉所进行的词汇、句型教学。主要有以下教学内容,感受类的单词:ill, tired , hot , cold , hungry and thirsty . 以及重点句型:What’s the matter? I’m . Here’s for you.  Come and have some.本单元教学要让学生了解如何询问他人状况,并能够用准确的词语表达自身的感觉,还需培养关心他人的情感,以及与人相处的能力。

二、本课时教学目标:

1.        学生能整体感知,理解并朗读、表演对话.

2.        学生能从音、形、义的角度掌握词汇;理解并运用What’s the matter? I’m …. Here’s … for you. Why don’t you … now?等表达、询问感受,并为他人提供帮助;

3.        学生能养成认真听、乐于表达的习惯;

4.        学生能帮助、关爱他人。

Read and learn the new words and sentences, then try to give the teacher some advice.

学生通过了解教师感受学习新知,并在帮助老师的活动中,激活学生原有语言。

While-reading

(20’)

Liu Tao has a busy day. Let’s help him.

1.      In the morning

b) Present pictures and some useful sentences, then make a model.
